Coaching with Neuroscience

Coaching is a process that has a structure and flow and is supported by skills, tools and techniques. It is about two equal humans coming together to work on the client’s agenda or aspirations. It uses all of the best aspects of coaching and incorporates all of the new science of whole system human behaviour. It has the primary objective of furthering the coach and client’s potential for impact and growth. It is not counselling as we do not go into the past or into emotional problems that may need specific support outside of the coaching environment. Coaching with neuroscience is designed to ensure that you feel fully understood and are provided with a professional coaching environment that will allow and encourage you to thrive. Professional coaches support clients to set goals, make decisions, take actions, and more fully use their natural skills and abilities.

Self-confidence is an attitude about your skills and abilities. It means you accept and trust yourself and have a sense of control in your life. You know your strengths and weaknesses well, and have a positive view of yourself. You set realistic expectations and goals, communicate assertively, and can handle criticism. Coaching with neuroscience can help you to identify early warning signs of triggers or self-limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from taking desired actions. It helps people to learn about the neurochemicals that can be activated by our mental states, and about how we can self-regulate our emotions and build our self-confidence as a result of what we say to ourselves, by deep breathing and other coping mechanisms. Coaching with Neuroscience provides a solid base from which you can explore your strengths and resources, your goals and aspirations.
